About the Gallery

The Magazzino d'Arte Moderna gallery was founded in Rome in 1997 in Via dei Prefetti by Mauro Nicoletti. Since its foundation, the gallery has supported and promoted research in the field of contemporary art, working directly with critics and curators. One of the prerogatives of the gallery is the promotion of the work of young Italian artists internationally such as Domenico Mangano, Alessandro Piangiamore, Gianluca Malgeri, Elisabetta Benassi and Daniele Puppi, representing and exposing, at the same time, international artists in Rome as Mircea Cantor, Jan Fabre, Jonas Dalhberg, Pedro Cabrita Reis, Jorge Peris and Ouattara Watts.
